• SAP Public Cloud / BTP: creation and management of users, accounts, subaccounts, instances, and subscriptions, Administration of IAS / openID, roles, and authorizations, setup and support of the SAP Cloud Connector,Management of Cloud Foundry environments and spaces, activation and configuration of relevant BTP services

Your profile

• a degree or vocational training in computer science, IT, mathematics, physics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in SAP Basis, databases, and system administration
• in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP/S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud/BTP, and practical experience with HANA and MaxDB databases, Solution Manager, and central user administration (ZBV)

Your tasks

• Network administration & firewall management: Administration of firewalls (OPNsense) including IPsec VPNs, routing, and NAT; configuration of HP switches; setup and support of LAN, WLAN (UniFi), VLAN, and DHCP and DNS services; management of network printers.

• Server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure: Operation and administration of VMware ESX environments, SAN systems, and Synology DSM.

• Linux and Windows operating systems: Installation, configuration, updates, and backup and recovery under Linux (SAP) and Windows Server; Active Directory and GPO/GPP administration; software distribution and scripting.

• Client management & user support: Installation and maintenance of Windows clients; first, second, and third-level support; ticket management, documentation, and direct user support (phone, email, in person).

• IT security & compliance: Management of mail proxies and certificates; firewall and network security; system hardening and security optimization; implementation of awareness measures.

• Container virtualization (Docker): Installation, configuration, updates, backup, and recovery of Docker containers.

Your profile

For these tasks you have...

• at least 3 years of professional experience in the automation of processes using RPA
• very good knowledge of UiPath and ideally also Power Automate
• Experience in the implementation and operation of on-premises or SaaS-based RPA solutions
• Ideally experience with the combination of RPA and intelligent technologies (e.g. AI/Machine Learning)
• Proven implementation experience in various automation projects
• Knowledge of the integration of RPA into complex IT landscapes

Ideally, you already dispose of basic knowledge in the area of SAP Retail/Merchandise Management, SAP InStore MiM or SAP CAR. You are experienced in the retail sector, ideally in the field of POS systems or store management, and have an understanding of the technical principles in the fields of hardware (peripherals) and databases (HANA, SQL).
