The rollout of IT solutions is organisationally challenging and resource-intensive, especially for our customers in the retail sector, where a large number of - often international - locations are involved.
We used to tackle this task with a lot of people and even more Excel sheets - with success, but also with a lot of effort. Today, we use clever tools and can implement rollouts with significantly less MS Excel and, above all, with significantly fewer resources.
One of these tools is the Sitetracker solution developed by our partner Solvum. The flexible rollout software facilitates simple and centralised management of complex rollouts, saving time and resources in the process. Support is provided across all phases of the rollout, including planning, implementation and monitoring.
In the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), we have been collaborating successfully with UiPath for years.
Thus, thanks to bots developed with UiPath software, we were able to automate key steps in our client's retail rollout, increase the digital maturity of the project and realise measurable benefits: increased speed, less resource requirements, lower costs, and higher quality in the EH (retail) rollout.
