Our Service Portfolio Management area helps our clients from all industries plan and implement their portfolio and services. This includes the technologies in the actual portfolio management process as well as program management and the completion of projects based on current advances in modern project management.
For us the key factors in program management include both the use of individual services (product-oriented approach) and a project-oriented approach for creation of an optimal and efficient overall result. These elements are to be orchestrated via program management while utilizing project management and various other methods.
For us the development of projects with and for our clients is a given. We place great emphasis on having a clear and shared goal setting process at the outset of the project along with coordinated means of measuring progress for the budget and benchmarks (earned value) throughout the project. We use various tools for efficient project execution depending on the specific environment.
For development projects, we also initially explore options with near- or off shoring. For these projects, we work with partners with multiple years of experience in the SAP business with a proven commitment to quality results.
We offer check-up services for your current project or program. In implementing these, we limit ourselves to the essential required components that should fulfill the aims of your project/program at the time of the check-up. These checks are based on the ASAP and Global ASAP SAP implementation methods along with the PMBoK of the PMI. Results are presented to you as part of a final presentation and in a written report.
